Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Duolla account and the data linked to it at any time.

How to ask

In the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. It explains what will happen and asks you to confirm twice.
By email: send an email to support@duolla.app from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”.

We may reply to confirm the request comes from you before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

Your account details: email address, name and password.
Your settings, colours and any personal calendars you shared.
Events, to-dos, chores, lists, notes and photos you added.

What happens to your shared calendar

If your partner still has an account, the shared calendar stays available to them. Items you created may stay visible to them until they delete them or their own account. If you are the last member, the whole shared calendar is deleted.

How long it takes

Deleting in the app happens straight away. If you ask by email, we delete your information within 30 days of your request. We keep nothing afterwards unless the law requires it. Crash reports, which do not contain your calendar, lists or photos, are deleted automatically after a limited period.
